Deine Aufgaben
  • Support für Hard- und Software
  • Fehlerbehebung bei System- und Netzwerkproblemen
  • Diagnose und Behebung von Hardware- und Softwarefehlern
  • Reagieren Sie innerhalb der vereinbarten Fristen auf Einsätze
  • Kontinuierliche Arbeit an einer Aufgabe bis zum Abschluss
  • Priorisieren und Verwalten offener Fälle zur gleichen Zeit
  • Testen und Bewerten neuer Technologien
Schlüsselqualifikationen
  • Deutsch und Englisch fließend
  • Erfahrung im 1st und 2nd Level Support
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der gängigen Betriebssysteme (Windows, macOS) und Netzwerktechnologien
  • Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und ein freundliches Auftreten im Umgang mit Mitarbeitern
  • Problemlösungsorientiertes Denken und die Fähigkeit, in allen Situationen ruhig zu bleiben
  • Teamwork sowie eine selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.

HOLOGATE is seeking a highly motivated IT Support to join our team. The successful candidate will oversee the day-to-day support of our clients and ensure our business’s smooth and efficient running. The IT Support will work in flexible shifts to ensure that our products and services meet the needs of our clients.

Responsibilities
  • Support for hard- and software
  • Troubleshoot system and network problems
  • Diagnosing and solving hardware or software faults
  • Respond within agreed time limits to call-outs
  • Work continuously on a task until completion
  • Prioritize and manage open cases at one time
  • Test and evaluate new technology
