Responsibilities

Experience with Powershell & Windows 10 and 11
Optimization of local networks and Wi-Fi streaming
Experience in small local network set-ups
Processing malfunctions and developing customized solutions
Ensuring the security and privacy of computer systems
Carrying out training courses
Support at trade fairs and customer appointments
Level 3 customer support
Troubleshooting and device repairs
Testing computer hardware to ensure their functionality
