Deine Aufgaben

Prüfen, Erfassen und Zuordnen aller Eingangsrechnungen
Erstellung von Ausgangsrechnungen
Pflege der Stammdaten von Kunden und Lieferanten
Mitwirkung bei der Erstellung von Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen
Unterstützung der Monats- und Jahresabschlussprozesse
Unterstützung bei Prüfungen und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Rechnungslegungsstandards

Schlüsselqualifikationen

Deutsch auf Muttersprachen Niveau und fließend in Englisch
Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
Berufserfahrung im Rechnungswesen
Kenntnisse der Steuergesetze und -vorschriften
Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel
Erfahrung mit Microsoft Dynamics Business Central von Vorteil
Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeit, analytisches Denken und lösungsorientiertes Arbeiten

About the job

HOLOGATE is seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented individual to join our finance team as an Accountant. In this exciting period of growth, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining the department's efficiency and contributing to the optimisation of financial processes across the company.

Responsibilities

Checking, recording and allocating all incoming invoices
Preparation of outgoing invoices
Maintaining master data for customers and vendors
Assisting with the preparation of monthly and annual financial statements
Supporting month-end and year-end closing processes
Assisting with audits and ensuring compliance with accounting standards

Key Qualifications

German at native speaker level and fluent in English
Completed commercial training or a comparable qualification
Professional experience in accounting
Knowledge of tax laws and regulations
Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Business Central an advantage
Strong communication skills, analytical thinking and solution-orientated work ethic
