We are seeking an experienced Technical Project Manager to oversee and coordinate our technology projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities

Develop comprehensive technical project plans, architecture roadmaps, and resource allocations
Lead and coordinate cross-functional engineering and development teams to execute technical deliverables efficiently
Translate complex technical concepts for non-technical stakeholders
Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies that could impact project success
Facilitate technical planning sessions, sprint planning, and status meetings
Document technical requirements, system architecture, and implementation processes
Ensure proper technical validation and quality assurance before project delivery
Manage scope, schedule, and budget for all assigned technical projects

Key Qualifications

German at native speaker level and fluent in English
Bachelor's degree in business, management, or related field
3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in a client-facing role
Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
