Responsibilities
- Serving as the primary point of contact for customers in the operational use of HGXR systems
- Supporting training sessions, workshops, and enablement programs for instructors and system administrators
- Analyzing usage patterns and identifying optimization opportunities
- Collaborating closely with Support, Product Management, and Development to ensure smooth operational processes
- Collecting customer feedback, driving improvements, and actively contributing to the ongoing development of our training solutions
Key Qualifications
- Native-level German and very good English skills
- At least 3 years of experience in Customer Success, training, consulting, or technical project management
- Ideally experience working with government agencies, security organizations, or defense-related environments
- Ability to communicate complex topics in a clear and practical way
- Structured, solution-oriented, and self-driven working style
- Strong interest in innovative training methods and immersive technologies
- Willingness to travel for business, including to security-relevant locations
Desirables
- Experience with XR, VR, or AR technologies or simulation-based training systems
- Experience delivering training programs or instructor training
- Knowledge of police, military, or tactical training environments
