HOLOGATE is looking for a highly skilled Tools / PowerShell Developer (m/f/d) to strengthen our internal development and IT automation capabilities. In this role, you will design, develop, and maintain tools, scripts, and automation workflows that support our infrastructure, development teams, and operational processes. Your work will significantly contribute to stability, scalability, and efficiency across our systems and teams.

Responsibilities
- Designing, developing, and maintaining PowerShell scripts, tools, and automation frameworks to streamline operational workflows
- Building utilities for system monitoring, configuration management, and automated deployment processes
- Extending and modernizing existing toolsets while ensuring compatibility and performance
- Collaborating closely with IT, DevOps, and Development teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored automation solutions
- Troubleshooting scripting and tool-related issues, providing reliable and scalable solutions
- Creating documentation for tools, processes, and workflows to ensure long-term maintainability
- Supporting continuous improvement initiatives by identifying automation opportunities across the organization
- Contributing to the enhancement of infrastructure reliability, security, and efficiency
Key Qualifications
- Strong experience in PowerShell development, scripting, and automation
- Solid understanding of Windows-based systems, system administration, and configuration management
- Experience developing internal tools or utilities (eg, monitoring, deployment, configuration automation)
- Familiarity with version control systems such as Git
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals, system security, and best practices
- Analytical, structured, and solution-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams
- Business fluent in English, German is a plus
