Responsibilities
- Installing, commissioning, and technically supporting VR and XR systems
- Performing maintenance, repair, and service work on electromechanical components
- Analyzing and resolving technical issues in hardware and software
- Checking, documenting, and quality-assuring technical processes
- Supporting the development and improvement of technical solutions and systems
- Collaborating with internal teams such as IT, Development, and Support
- Performing functional tests and preparing devices for shipping and customer operation
Key Qualifications
- Completed training as a Mechatronics Technician, Electronics Technician, Industrial or Plant Technician, or a comparable technical qualification
- Good knowledge of mechanics, electronics, and ideally control technology
- Experience using technical diagnostic tools and measurement instruments
- Structured, solution-oriented, and independent working style
- Strong communication skills and enjoyment of working in an interdisciplinary team
- Good German and English language skills
