In this role, you will manage the flow of goods with precision, oversee inventory accuracy, and support the seamless dispatch and receipt of materials essential to our products and services. Responsibilities
- Independently, accurately, and punctually loading goods, including picking items in advance
- Booking material movements, preparing orders, and managing outbound shipments
- Receiving and inspecting incoming goods based on delivery documentation, and storing them correctly in the warehouse system
- Ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and handling regulations at all times
- Monitoring stock levels and maintaining an organized, transparent inventory
- Handling returns (RMA) processes efficiently and professionally
Key Qualifications
- Physically capable of heavy lifting and able to be on-site throughout the workday
- Confident using standard IT applications, especially Microsoft Office
- Strong service mindset and customer-oriented approach
- Clear and reliable communication skills
- Structured, independent, and detail-oriented work style
