Responsibilities
- Supporting the HR team in day-to-day operations across the entire employee lifecycle
- Contributing to HR marketing and employer branding activities (eg, expanding and strengthening our external presence)
- Actively participating in People & Culture initiatives such as team events
- Independently managing smaller HR projects
Key Qualifications
- Studies in Business Administration or a comparable field
- Initial practical experience in an HR-related environment is a plus
- Confident use of MS Office (especially Excel)
- Structured, reliable, and independent working style
- Very good German and English skills, both
