To strengthen our People & Talent team, we are looking for a Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Specialist (f/m/d) to manage the full recruiting cycle of our internationally growing technology company. In this role, you will drive end-to-end hiring processes, actively source and engage candidates, and ensure an excellent candidate experience—contributing to our long-term growth.

Responsibilities
- Manage the entire recruiting process and act as the main point of contact for hiring managers
- Conduct and support interviews, including evaluating candidates and ensuring a positive candidate experience
- Active sourcing and direct outreach to candidates through relevant channels
- Build, maintain, and further develop talent pools
- Contribute to employer branding to support long-term candidate engagement
Key Qualifications
- Degree in business administration, psychology, or a comparable qualification
- Experience in recruiting, ideally in a technical or international environment
- Strong communication skills and a good sense for people
- Very good German and English language skills
