As a System Integration Engineer - Hardware (f/d/m), you will develop, integrate, and optimize complex VR hardware and infrastructure systems with a focus on stability, performance, and scalability. You will evaluate new technologies, support complex hardware and system troubleshooting, and ensure seamless interaction between hardware, network, and software systems.

Responsibilities
- Evaluate and test new hardware technologies such as VR headsets, network components, and high-performance systems
- Build, integrate, and optimize VR prototype systems on the hardware level
- Design and further develop system infrastructures including computers, networking, cooling, and power supply
- Analyze and optimize technical system architectures regarding stability, scalability, and performance
- Perform hardware and integration testing, error analysis, and troubleshooting
- Support 3rd-level support in resolving complex hardware and infrastructure issues
- Document hardware setups, infrastructure architectures, and technical dependencies
- Ensure stable interaction between hardware, network, and software systems
Key Qualifications
- Degree in engineering, electrical engineering, IT, or a comparable qualification
- Several years of experience in system integration, hardware engineering, or technical infrastructure roles
- Strong understanding of hardware, system architectures, and complex technical systems
- Solid knowledge of network technologies (LAN/WiFi/Bluetooth) and performance optimization
- Experience with hardware compatibility, drivers, and technical dependencies
- Hands-on mentality with the ability to independently analyze and troubleshoot complex hardware systems
- Good German skills (minimum B2) and fluent English skills
