In this creative role, you will support our marketing team in visually and strategically presenting our innovative XR training solutions to the outside world. Your focus will be on creating high-quality photo and video content, social media assets, and creatively showcasing our products and brand.

Responsibilities
- You plan, create, and edit creative product photos, product and image videos, as well as social media, event, and behind-the-scenes content.
- You continuously develop our social media channels and online presence with your own ideas and a strong sense for trends.
- You actively support our visual brand communication and ensure a modern and appealing presentation of our products.
- You independently design marketing materials such as presentations, product visuals, promotional clips, and digital assets with a high creative standard.
- You organize and manage content productions in the office, showroom, or at events.
- In close collaboration with Sales, Product Management, and external partners, you successfully implement creative marketing initiatives.
Key Qualifications
- Initial experience in marketing, content creation, or media production.
- A creative eye for detail in photo and video production — from shooting to editing and post-production.
- Interest in AI-powered content creation and experience using generative AI tools for image, video, and content production.
- Confident and experienced working with Adobe Creative Cloud, especially Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
- Creativity combined with a strong sense for visual storytelling, brand aesthetics, and modern social media trends.
- A structured, independent, and reliable working style with a communicative hands-on mentality.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
