HOLOGATE is looking for a highly motivated VR Systems Technician & IT Support (m/f/d) to join our Enterprise Support team. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering reliable day-to-day support to our clients, ensuring smooth operations and the best possible experience with our products and services. You will work in flexible shifts to provide timely assistance, troubleshoot issues, and help maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction across all HGXR deployments.est new technologies and system updates, contributing to technical documentation and internal knowledge sharing

Deine Aufgaben
  • Provide inhouse, remote, and on-site technical support for HOLOGATE VR systems, covering hardware, software, and network-related issues
  • Install, configure, and commission HGXR systems at customer sites, ensuring stable, secure, and fully operational deployments
  • Travel regularly within the DACH region to perform installations and on-site customer training
  • Diagnose and resolve system, hardware, software, and configuration issues, taking full ownership of support cases until resolution
  • Manage, prioritize, and track multiple support cases and installation tasks in line with agreed service-level agreements (SLAs)
Schlüsselqualifikationen
  • Fluent in German and English (both required)
  • Hands-on experience in 1st and 2nd level IT support
  • Solid knowledge of common operating systems (Windows, macOS) and basic understanding of networking technologies
  • Strong communication skills and a friendly, service-oriented attitude when interacting with clients and colleagues
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to remain calm and effective under pressure
  • Team player with an independent, structured, and reliable working style
  • Customer-focused, with the goal of delivering high satisfaction and smooth technical operations
  • Willingness to continuously learn, adapt, and develop skills in emerging technologies
